From starting XI to match-day team sheet

1. Name the starters

Start with a blank 11-player 4-3-3, including the goalkeeper. For a smaller team, open Setup and choose 5, 6, 7 or 9-a-side. Enter each player’s name and shirt number, then review their position on the pitch.

2. Add the substitutes

Five blank bench places are ready beneath the starters. Change the number of remaining players as needed. S1–S9 are the nine bench places; players marked with a dash are unselected. Only named bench players appear on this team-sheet image.

3. Check numbers and team name

Check names and shirt numbers across both lists, then replace “My team” with your team’s name. Use Kit for colours and Setup for a different shape. Review the assignments after changing formation.

4. Save and share the image

Export PNG downloads the team-sheet graphic. Attach that image to your team chat or social post. Save Browser Draft keeps an editable copy in this browser; the social buttons share PickLineup’s website, not your saved team sheet.

Before you send your team sheet

Check the selected bench

The bench is included by default on this page. Leave “Include bench on lineup image” selected, and check the preview before exporting.

Keep a draft for changes

Open a saved lineup explicitly to edit it. Drafts stay in the browser where they were saved and do not sync across devices. New lineup restores this page’s blank starting XI and five substitute places.

Use the right match document

The PNG is for communicating your team selection. If your competition requires an official submission, use its required form and check its player and substitute limits.
